Compensation
Starting salary between €2.200 – €2.938 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek. Next step Salary between €2.864 – €3.471.
On top of that you receive two times a holiday allowance of 8,33% of your yearly income and 25 days of annual leave (based on a 36 hour work week).
Irregular Hours
Working as a nurse can be tough. Therefore, a maximum of 32 hours per week is set in the Netherlands. Any hours you work beyond that are considered overtime, and overtime earns you up to 160% of your regular salary!

100% paid Dutch Course
Working in Dutch healthcare requires speaking Dutch. However, there is no problem if you don’t speak Dutch yet. We have a partnership with an academy located in Javea, Spain, which will teach you the language. After 3 months studying you’ll receive a Dutch B1 certificate!
